When I was lost after first taking the Certification Course, Jo was the first person who helped me through it, to embrace and love my strengths. She is so fluent, always using the right words. When I can’t find the right words for myself, she senses what I want to say and helps me figure out what I really want to say. She is my Strengths Guru, she knows Strengths like no one I’ve ever met. Her courses always teach me something new and she will always be my go-to for Strengths.

At Nicolet College, every staff member takes the CliftonStrengths assessment, and the Practical Strengths Champions Roadmap supports us in building a campus-wide foundation where team members and students (rolling out this fall in programs) can engage meaningfully with their strengths. It’s more than a tool – it’s a shared language that fosters connection, purpose, and growth across our campus and the communities we serve.

Jo’s materials and instruction turn Don Clifton’s vision into poetry – creating a fluid, dynamic tool that coaches and practitioners can use to deepen their connection to – and understanding of – their CliftonStrengths themes.
