CliftonStrengths® is an assessment. The Practical Strengths methodology is a system for embedding that assessment into organizational culture and community systems (e.g. families, neighborhoods, etc.) The path teaches you the system, not just the tool.

The Catalyst Path is not designed to make you a coach. It is designed to deepen your practice, expand your reach, and connect you to a network of practitioners who share your commitment to doing this work with integrity. Your clients stay yours. Your business stays yours. The methodology becomes a shared asset.
Certification windows open 1-2x a year. The next opens April 2026 at the Future of Strengths Lab in Dallas, TX and closes by the end of May 2026. Our next window will open in late August.
1. Your practice stays independent
No non-compete. No client conflict. You bring your specialization. We bring the shared framework. Together you can serve clients neither of us could reach alone.
2. Institutional referrals flow to the bench
When Jo lands an institutional engagement that needs your specialization, you get the work. The bench exists to expand capacity, not compete for it.
3. Collaborative Partners are publicly listed
Level 4 partners appear in the Practical Strengths directory. Institutional buyers who need a coach with your niche and language can find you directly.
