Natural Foresight® Framework Workshops
Building Intentional Frameworks for Strengths Implementation
The reason this Forum is called the Future of Strengths is because of an experience I had with Natural Foresight. It inspired the idea and it motivated me to get certified in something I’m naturally passionate about and designed to do.
I’t s also inspired by Leadership Rhode Island and the work of Mike Ritz. You’ll learn more about this in my opening remarks. Suffice it to say, one small change had exponentially positive results. It’s not about ONLY Strengths, it’s about Strengths AND…
I will be hosting two time-zone friendly workshops to use Foresight tools to help us design what our communities look like 5 to 10 years from now when Strengths is an integral part of our development.
It’s about being intentional and actionable and building the village together. Stay tuned for more details.
